An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer to join a well-established HVAC contractor, operating across the Central Belt of Scotland. This company has a strong reputation in refrigeration, air conditioning, and building services, delivering reliable service and maintenance solutions to a variety of clients.
The Role
As an Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of a wide range of air conditioning equipment, including:
- Pack systems
- Cold rooms
- Integral units
- Display cabinets
- Split systems
- VRV/VRF systems
Depending on your experience, you may also be involved in maintaining other building services equipment, such as emergency lighting.
Requirements
- F-Gas Category 1 certification (essential)
- NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (preferred)
- Hydrocarbon certification (beneficial but not essential)
- Experience in supermarket refrigeration (advantageous)
