Mobile FM Air Conditioning Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer looking to join our reputable FM client working on high-profile commercial sites across West Scotland/Central Belt. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in facilities maintenance who takes pride in delivering excellent service and enjoys a mix of challenging, varied work.

About the Role:
You'll be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, and minor installations of AC systems in a range of settings including hospitals, universities, retail, and leisure complexes. You'll have the chance to work autonomously as well as part of a team to keep systems running smoothly and ensure safe, comfortable environments for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out PPMs and reactive repairs on air conditioning systems.
  • Diagnose faults and undertake minor repairs, adjustments, or installations as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety regulations and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members, providing updates on work progress.

Skills & Experience Needed:

  • Proven experience in air conditioning maintenance within an FM or commercial setting
  • F-Gas certification essential
  • Strong diagnostic skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety regulations
