What will you be doing?
- Keeping our clients' facilities comfortable: Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on AC and HVAC systems, ensuring smooth operation and safety.
- Multi-skilled maintenance: Handle other building services maintenance, including fabric, HVAC, and mechanical tasks.
- Responding to emergencies: Be part of the on-call rota and respond to callouts promptly.
- Making a difference: Undertake new installations, major and minor repairs on AC systems.
- Troubleshooting expertise: Diagnose and repair faults, including basic electrical troubleshooting.
- Leading and managing: Manage contractors, ensuring standards are met and issuing Permits to Work.
- Delivering exceptional service: Ensure all AC equipment operates to specified performance criteria and that the surrounding area meets company standards.
- Representing our company with pride: Provide professional service and represent the company in a manner that ensures customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring performance: Evaluate equipment performance and ensure proper servicing and maintenance.
Ready to take the next step in your career?Requirements:
- Experience in a Maintenance/Facilities Management environment.
- Relevant qualifications: F-Gas Cat 1, ODS regulations, and Level 2 or 3 C&G/NVQ or equivalent.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Ability to perform manual tasks: Including manual handling, working at heights, and in confined spaces.
- A willingness to join the On-Call Rota.
