Complete pre planned maintenance
Understand the clients needs and have a good relationship with them
Complete the work in the allotted time
Complete and update any records

Experience and qualifications:

Hand on experience with BMS controls

Knowledge of Trend; but not mandatory
Excellent IT skills
Electrical or mechanical qualifications
Full driving licence and vehicle
