Graduate Field Service Engineer (Training into High Voltage)

Glasgow (Travel Across UK - Stay Aways Required).

Up to 35,000 (DOE) with OTE 39,000 + Excellent Progression Opportunities + Training + Monday - Friday (no weekends required).

Are you a recent graduate or do you hold a HNC from an engineering discipline and looking to gain hands on experience and specialised HV training? Whether you're from a mechanical or electrical background, this is an excellent opportunity to kickstart your engineering career with an industry leader offering a varied and autonomous role where you will receive brilliant training and progression opportunities.

This independent firm specialise in the design, product and service provider to the Electricity Supply Utilities industry. They represent a wide variety of clients across the UK and hold 17+ years within their field. They're seeking eager individuals to assist them with an extremely exciting project, recently won with National Grid. You will receive specialist and hands on training from experienced and qualified engineers who will assist with your development.

In this role the engineer will be tasked with the installation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment, while assisting with new condition monitoring equipment. These include subsystems and communications, carrying out surveys within HV substations and removing and relocating existing systems.

The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of a HNC qualification within a relevant engineering discipline and holds some hands on experience, however eager to gain more.

This is a brilliant role for a graduate to become a task expert in a niche field whilst having the opportunity to gain the relevant skill set to become an experienced engineer, within a company that empower their employees and encourages internal progression.

The Role:

The Person:
* Recent graduate within Engineering or holds a relevant HNC qualification
* Holds a full UK Driving Licence and comfortable travelling across the UK
