We are looking for aHVAC Engineerwho wants to work in a diverse rolewhere no two days are the same.

As theHVAC Engineer,you willprovide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

TheHVAC Engineer,will be responsible for:

  • Delivering to the highest level of service for the client.
  • Answering queries,overseeing planned PPM/compliance works and keeping the client informed of site activities.
  • You will be assisting contractors and sub-contractors and ensure compliance with all statutory obligations.
  • Completing all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
  • You should be capable of having a flexible approach to work and working hours,with a pro-active and positive approach to work.
  • You will be expected to effectively prioritise your own workload whilst assisting other engineers/staff with their duties as required.

To be successful for this HVAC Engineer role you must have:

  • City & Guilds levelwith experience within a maintenance / facilities management environment.
  • You should be committed to the delivery of excellent customer service.
  • You should have a good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and building Statutory Compliance and be able to apply this to the role.
  • It is essential you can carry tools and equipment by hand of up to 20kg,
  • Be able to ascend/descend vertical access equipment, work at heights, are available to join a call out rota.
  • Hold a full UK driving license.
