As theHVAC Engineer Bias - Instore technician,you willprovide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
TheHVAC Engineer Bias - Instore technician,will be responsible for:
- Maintain and repair alloperationalequipment within high street retail stores.
- You should be capable of delivering to the highest level of service for the client.
- Answering queries,overseeing planned PPM/compliance works and keeping the client informed of site activities.
- You will be assisting contractors and sub-contractors and ensure compliance with all statutory obligations.
- Completing all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
To be successful for thisHVAC Engineer Bias - Instore technician role you must have:
- City & Guilds levelwith experience within a maintenance / facilities management environment.
- You should be committed to the delivery of excellent customer service.
- You should have a good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and building Statutory Compliance and be able to apply this to the role.
- It is essential you can carry tools and equipment by hand of up to 20kg.
- Be able to ascend/descend vertical access equipment, work at heights.
- Available to join a call out rota.
- Hold a full UK driving license.
