As part of their continued growth this organisation are looking to recruit multiple individuals to establish and develop their equipment maintenance team. This position is key for the company's national and international growth plans and offers great opportunity for career progression.

The Role

As Maintenance Engineering Team Lead you will be responsible for the development of planned and reactive maintenance plans on the companies suite of robotic, hydraulic & pneumatic equipment. You will lead and work alongside a small team of maintenance technicians to ensure the service and maintenance of equipment based across 2 manufacturing sites.

This role will involve time on and off the tools as you collaborate with a variety of technical teams to ensure maximised production and manufacturing efficiency.

  • Experienced mechanical/multi-skilled maintenance professional
  • Team/Shift leadership experience
  • Experience in the development and optimisation of maintenance systems
