Bmsl have a curreny vacancy for an experienced Mechaincal Engineer based in Glasgow.

You should preferably have the following experience;
Mainly heating however Vent experience would also be beneficial.
1. Experience in troubleshooting installations, fault finding, and repairs.
2. Awareness of risk assessment and working safely with electronic test equipment.
3. Ability to follow work instructions, read and interpret technical diagrams whilst reporting technical information as required.
Main Responsibilities
1. Carrying out maintenance routines / PPMs
2. Diagnosing and repairing faults on a wide variety of plant including Water Heaters, Calorifiers, Motors, Circulating Heating pumps, Vented & Unvented Systems, fans, drives.
3. Ensuring all Health and Safety obligations are met and coordinated with the project delivery team.
4. Ensuring sites are maintained in a clean manner at all times.
5. Producing, managing and maintaining critical spares lists.
