Job Duties:- Design, develop and maintain mechanical systems for marine applications
- Conduct testing and analysis of marine equipment and machinery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Provide technical support and guidance on marine mechanical systems
- Participate in the procurement and installation of marine equipment
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Professional engineering certification
- Experience in marine engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience:Previous experience in marine engineering
Knowledge and Skills:• The role holder will require knowledge and experience of naval and / or commercial ship systems with the experience to support system and spatial integration issues with other disciplines.
• Experience with Ship aviation design is desirable.
• Experience with CAD software like AutoCAD or FORAN is desirable.
• Experience of Certification through Naval Authority Groups is desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Experience in military and defence engineering projects
The role involves working in an office and marine environment. Occasional travel may be required to visit project sites or suppliers.
