Role

  • Creating and maintaining 3D models of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems using Revit software
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers and other team members to ensure accurate representation of MEP systems in the building design.
  • Assisting in the coordination and clash detection of MEP systems with other trades.
  • Generating detailed drawings, diagrams and documentation for construction and installation purposes
  • Staying up to date with the latest advancements in Revit software and MEP design practices.

Qualifications / Experience

  • HNC / Degree educated in a relevant field and related subject such as CAD design, Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering
  • Knowledge and experience working with Revit software in a MEP environment.
  • Good understanding of MEP systems, including industry codes, standards and best practices
  • Previous experience with a consultancy or similar business.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other team members.
