MAA Recruitment are looking for an experienced Tool Maker for their client based in the Cumbernauld area to add to their skilled team to repair and maintain press tolls and die repairs. Our client are urgently looking for a Toolmaker on a permanent basis to join their Press Shop team.
Role:
Repair and maintain press tools, die repairs
Service and regrind tools
Attend breakdowns, identify faults and problem solve
Manufacture new tooling and ancillary parts
Skills:
Time Served with Level 3 City & Guilds/Modern Apprenticeship required
Understanding of engineering drawings
Good planner, adaptable and flexible
Money:
£40k, depending on experience
OT time plus half during the week and on Saturdays
OT double time on Sundays
Hours:
8am-4pm Mon-Thurs
8am-2.30pm Fri
36 basic hours
