Mobile Hvac Engineer - Facilities Management - Glasgow, Scotland - up to £43,000 Plus fully expensed van

This is a great opportunity for an Experienced Hvac engineer to join a leading facilites management comapny in the UK.

Hours of work: Mon to Fri - 8am to 5pm

Location: Glasgow, Scotland

Salary: up to £43,000 plus fully expensed van

Role Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and completing planned PPM/compliance works
  • keeping the client informed of site activities.
  • Log completed jobs, report defects
  • Assisting contractors and sub-contractors and ensure compliance with all statutory obligations.
  • Boiler maintenance, leak testing, fan coil units

The Ideal candidate:

  • NVQ in Air conditioning/refrigeration or equivalent
  • Full UK driving license
  • Fgas qualifications
  • Commercial gas qualifications would be an advantage
  • Building service experience
