This is a great opportunity for an Experienced Hvac engineer to join a leading facilites management comapny in the UK.

Hours of work: Mon to Fri - 8am to 5pm

Location: Glasgow, Scotland

Salary: up to £43,000 plus fully expensed van

Role Responsibilities:

Overseeing and completing planned PPM/compliance works
keeping the client informed of site activities.
Log completed jobs, report defects
Assisting contractors and sub-contractors and ensure compliance with all statutory obligations.
Boiler maintenance, leak testing, fan coil units

The Ideal candidate:

NVQ in Air conditioning/refrigeration or equivalent
Full UK driving license
Fgas qualifications
Commercial gas qualifications would be an advantage
Building service experience
