The Role:
We are looking for a proactive Commercial Conveyancing Paralegal to assist with a varied caseload, providing support tosolicitors and ensuring the smooth progression of commercial property transactions. Key Responsibilities:

Assisting solicitors with commercial property transactions from inception to completion.

Liaising with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders.

Conducting property searches and preparing relevant documentation.

Drafting contracts, transfer documents, and other legal paperwork.

Managing case files and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Providing administrative support and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a commercial conveyancing role is desirable.
