Role Purpose:
I am currently working with a well-established and reputable legal firm to hire for a proactive and experienced Personal Assistant. The purpose of this role is to deliver high-quality support to a team of partners and fee earners.


This role is based in Glasgow with a hybrid working model (3/2 split) - Monday - Friday 9:00 - 17:00.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
* Provide comprehensive diary management, resolving scheduling conflicts independently
* Organise travel arrangements
* Prepare meeting packs, itineraries, and arrange hospitality resources as needed
Client and Matter Management
* Support financial performance through client billing, reports, and working capital management.
* Manage Client Matter Inception (CMI) processes, including conflict checks and client due diligence
* Oversee file management processes, ensuring matters are correctly closed, bills paid, and files archived
Business Development Support
* Assist in organising events, conferences, and maintaining CRM databases.
* Prepare and update fee earner CVs, pitch documents, and tenders
* Provide support for bids and client relationship management, including organising core team meetings and client reports
Team Collaboration and Risk Compliance
* Delegate document production tasks where appropriate, ensuring deadlines are met.
* Adhere to risk and compliance policies, raising issues promptly when required.

The Successful Candidate will Have
Experience and Skills
* 3+ years of experience in a similar role within a professional services environment.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel and Word.
* Exceptional client service skills and a proven ability to thrive under pressure.

* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team or independently as needed.
