Our client is a growing private clinic, and they are looking for a dedicatedAccounts and People Operations Assistantto join their close-knit team. As a start-up business, they offer an exciting opportunity for someone eager to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
This is a hands-on position that combines accountsandHR tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organised, and detail-oriented, ready to support the clinic's operations.
Key Admin Responsibilities
Accounts
Track payments and invoicing
Record income and expenditure inSage 50(proficiency is essential)
Assist with financial forecasting
Administer invoices and ensure accurate records
HR/People Management
Review staff timesheets
File HR documents
Track staff holidays and leave requests
Organise interviews and prepare documentation for new staff members
General Admin
Assist with ad-hoc clinical administration tasks
Respond to clinic emails and phone calls (professional communication is essential)
Build and maintain positive relations with customers and business partners
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience inaccounts and HRadministration
Proficiency in usingSage 50 Accounts(essential)
Strong literacy and numeracy skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills with an empathetic approach
Self-motivated and able to use initiative
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year
