THE ROLE
As a Lead Credit Risk Analyst, you will:
- Extract meaningful insights from complex data sets to inform strategic business decisions.
- Develop and implement robust decision models to drive commercial outcomes.
- Conduct innovative customer analysis to identify commercial opportunities.
- Provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring feasibility and business impact.
- Work with SQL and at least one additional programming language such as SAS, R, or Python.
- Apply statistical analysis techniques and build customer segmentation models.
- Collaborate with teams across the business to create data-driven strategies.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong experience in data analysis and deriving insights to drive business performance.
- Proficiency in SQL and an additional programming language (e.g., SAS, R, Python).
- Experience with statistical modelling, customer segmentation, and targeting.
- Ability to create business models, both financial and consumer behavioural.
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with a growth mindset.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence peers and stakeholders.
