THE ROLE

As a Lead Credit Risk Analyst, you will:

  • Develop and implement robust decision models to drive commercial outcomes.
  • Conduct innovative customer analysis to identify commercial opportunities.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring feasibility and business impact.
  • Work with SQL and at least one additional programming language such as SAS, R, or Python.
  • Apply statistical analysis techniques and build customer segmentation models.
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to create data-driven strategies.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Strong experience in data analysis and deriving insights to drive business performance.
  • Proficiency in SQL and an additional programming language (e.g., SAS, R, Python).
  • Experience with statistical modelling, customer segmentation, and targeting.
  • Ability to create business models, both financial and consumer behavioural.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with a growth mindset.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence peers and stakeholders.
