Winner FM are working with a fantastic client who have a wide diverse range of clients within the Retail, industrial and commercial sectors. Due to growth and success they are looking to bolster their engineering team with more Industrial Door Engineers.
The current engineering team are multi skilled with have experience working on a range of Doors such as Industrial shutter, Automatic and loading bay. Our client would ideally like engineers who have previous experience within the industry and keen to increase their earnings through over time.
Your responsibilities
- You will be working on a mobile basis covering Scotland
- You will be completing mainly maintenance PPMs and reactive work along with a small amount of Installs
- You will be conducting inspections and assessments and troubleshooting when needed
- You will be working closely with the client on site and responsible for ensuring good customer service is delivered collaborating with the client to ensure we understand their requirements
- Working on a mix of doors such as Industrial, automatic, shutters, sectional doors, Loading Bay, Rapid Roll doors and steel doors, pedestrian access doors
- You will responsible for ensuring you are adhering to Health and safety standards and completing all compliance necessary
The requirements
- Previous experience within a similar role with knowledge of Loading Bay Systems and Automatic Doors or EN 16005
- Relevant qualifications such as NVQ2 in specialist installation and electrical wiring
- Strong knowledge of different door types
- Strong problem solving and trouble shooting skills
- Good communication skills and confident with clients and able to deliver excellent customer service
- Hold a clean drivers licence
