Mortgage & Protection Adviser - Job DescriptionRole Overview: We are seeking an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our award-winning team. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to contribute exceptional advice and customer service within our retention operation. As one of the UK's leading mortgage brokers, this role offers a dynamic environment where you can develop your skills while providing outstanding service to existing clients.Key Responsibilities:* Deliver expert mortgage and protection advice over the phone to clients, focusing on renewals and maximising case sizes.* Clearly communicate the company's value proposition and the benefits to clients.* Provide protection advice in line with mortgage offerings.* Achieve consistent sales targets in the mortgage and protection sector.* Ensure all advice is compliant with FCA standards and regulations.* Work in a consistent and compliant manner to FCA standards.* Take on a minimum of 20 pre-qualified appointments each month from an existing client base.* Handle appointments and consultations in a flexible manner.* Collaborate with a dedicated Case Manager to ensure successful client outcomes.Qualifications & Experience:* Minimum 2 years' experience in the mortgage and protection sector.* CeMAP qualified.* Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.* Ability to provide telephone-based client advice.* Strong knowledge of mortgage and protection products.* Previous experience in delivering mortgage & protection advice is essential.What We Offer:* Career development opportunities in a growing and ambitious company.* Competitive salary starting at £31,200.* Uncapped bonus structure with potential OTE of £75,000+.* Performance-based bonus schemes and commission pay.* Over 25 days of annual leave.* A referral programme to reward successful introductions.Schedule:* Full-time, Permanent position.* Monday to Friday with weekend availability as needed.Additional Benefits:* Referral programmeWork Location: In-personIf you're passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have the experience and qualifications to deliver high-quality mortgage and protection advice, we'd love to hear from you!
