  • Provide support to Senior HR Business Partners with ad hoc tasks and queries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and senior management, both regionally and globally.
  • Stay informed on all aspects of UK employment legislation.
  • Provide support in performance management, absence management, and employee relations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a strategic HR role, ideally within financial services or a large, complex organisation.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
  • An analytical mindset, with experience using data to make informed decisions.
  • A solid understanding of talent management, employee engagement, and performance management strategies.
  • A commitment to fostering an inclusive and high-performance culture.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global leader in the financial services industry, where innovation and collaboration are at the heart of everything. You will have the chance to make a significant impact on the business while advancing your career in a supportive and dynamic environment.
