As the HR Business Partner for Operations, you will be instrumental in promoting a people-first culture. Key responsibilities include:
- Building Strategic Partnerships: Work closely with Operations and Support teams to align HR initiatives with business objectives and core values.
- Advocating the People Agenda: Collaborate with senior leadership and coach managers to ensure consistent, fair application of HR policies that support effective people management.
- Engaging and Empowering the Workforce: Act as the HR advisor, providing expertise on complex employee relations, talent development, and engagement strategies.
- Leading Change Initiatives: Drive strategic, people-cantered change initiatives to support organizational resilience and risk management.
- Driving Data-Driven Insights: Utilize analytics to assess and refine HR practices, identifying improvement areas to guide impactful change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business needs into innovative, result-oriented HR solutions
- Lead talent development and succession planning to ensure future workforce preparedness
- Manage reward and performance appraisal cycles
