Job Title: HRIS & Data AdvisorSalary: £40-45,000paLocation: Glasgow, hybrid (with travel to other sites)  JGA are partnered with a professional services company seeking an HRIS & Data Advisor to join their team.  The ideal candidate will have MHR iTrent experience and the ability to manage the BAU of iTrent and some data analytics experience.  Responsibilities:
  • System management including data entry, updates and data integrity maintenance.
  • Auditng HR Data for accuracy and consistency.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Aligning HRIS with data protection compliance.
  Skills required:
  • Previous role in HR Analytics or HRIS
  • Previous experience in iTrent (if not, this is fine however iTrent would be advantageous)
  • Understanding of HR processes
  • Understanding of data protection compliance.
