  • ISO 45001: Health & Safety Management

  • ISO 14001: Environmental Management

Through tailored training, you'll develop expertise in risk management and auditing within a dynamic environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

In the Short Term:

  • Immerse yourself in our client's diverse product range and business processes.
  • Develop your knowledge of internal systems and procedures.
  • Craft your Continuing Professional Development (CPD) plan with ambitious goals.
  • Attend college online weekly to enhance your skills and qualifications.

In the Longer Term:

  • Evolve into a vital member of the SHE team.
  • Take the lead as a SHE Officer on site.
  • Design and deliver impactful health and safety training programs.
  • Mentor colleagues in behavioural safety practices.

What You Need:

  • Education: Minimum of 5 GCSE qualifications (Grades A-C), including Maths, English, and Science (essential for the MA Occupational Health and Safety Level 3/4 course).
  • Drive: A self-starter attitude with a passion for learning and growth.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
  • Mobility: A valid driver's license and access to a car are essential.
