We are recruiting for a Field-based Copier and Printer Engineer for a lovely Print, Documentation and IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) in Glasgow. Your CV must show photocopier and printer experience as below to be considered.

The business is well-established, secure, and has a warm and friendly family feel. Staff turnover is very low and this is a new job based on growth.

The firm has a wide range of clients in Scotland, from small and medium size businesses to international corporations that are household names. They also provide Print and IT services to major sporting and leisure events.

To be considered for the role, you must -

  • live in the Glasgow area
  • have a full driving licence
  • good customer skills including patience and diplomacy!
  • a minimum of 5 year's field-based experience of installing, maintaining and servicing copiers and printers
  • the ideal candidate will have experience of working with Canon machines and Uniflow software
  • highly experienced candidates who have experience of other OEM machines and software (e.g. Papercut) can be considered as full training can be provided
  • experience of networking LAN / WAN and wireless environments for connectivity
  • able to safely move and transport heavy copiers and equipment (this is a business requirement)

For the right person, this job could lead to a supervisory position in a short time-frame.

There is flexibility around basic salary to attract the best, a company car or vehicle or car allowance, commission on any new products or services you introduce to a client, and a full benefits package.
