Duties

  • Ensuring efficient operations and excellent service.
  • Provide secretarialduties to company partners.
  • Provide assistance to the wider team.
  • Coordinate with external clients.
  • Assist with billing processes.
  • Prepare, review, and issue client invoices.
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve billing queries or adjustments.
  • Handle additional tasks as required to ensure smooth office operations.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience working within an Office Manager capacity.
  • Candidates should have experience working within an office environment.
  • Fullunderstanding of Microsoft programmes.
  • Proven ability to work individually as well as part of a team.
  • Previous experience within accounts.
  • Experience working within a Project ManagementPractice is preferred however not mandatory.
