We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Corporate Insolvency Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the insolvency process for companies in financial distress, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and providing strategic advice to clients throughout the insolvency proceedings.

Description

  • Insolvency Management:

    • Administer the full range of corporate insolvency cases, including Liquidations, Administrations, and Voluntary Arrangements.
    • Manage the process of asset realization, creditor communication, and distribution of funds to stakeholders.
    • Prepare and file necessary statutory documents to ensure compliance with insolvency laws and regulations.
  • Client Liaison & Advisory:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, creditors, and other stakeholders throughout the insolvency process.
    • Provide advice on the most appropriate course of action for distressed companies, offering practical solutions and strategic insights.
  • Financial Analysis:

    • Conduct detailed financial assessments to evaluate the company's financial position and potential outcomes for stakeholders.
    • Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and forecasts to assess the viability of various insolvency processes.
  • Legal & Regulatory Compliance:

    • Ensure all actions taken during the insolvency process comply with current insolvency legislation and best practices.
    • Liaise with external legal teams to address any complex legal issues arising during the insolvency process.
  • Team Coordination:

    • Collaborate with colleagues, legal advisors, accountants, and other professionals to ensure the effective management of insolvency cases.
    • Supervise junior administrators and provide mentorship and guidance.

Profile

  • Proven experience in corporate insolvency or restructuring roles, ideally within a professional services firm.
  • Strong understanding of insolvency law and procedures.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
