I am currently recruiting for an Administrator to join my client based in Hillington on a 3 month contract initially, with scope to lead into a permanent role for the right candidate. You will work Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm, working a 37.5 hour week. This role is office based, with parking available on site and is also a local commutable walk from the local train station. The hourly rate for this position will be £12 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

  • To be an active member of the facilities team, involved in the day to day running of the department, providing an efficient and high-quality facilities management service to all internal customers, ensuring that the overall objectives of the facilities function are achieved
  • Provide data processing services for the Engineering function in respect of a Maintenance Management system
  • Effectively handle enquiries via email and telephone
  • Liaising with external service providers/contractors
  • Schedule and monitor progress of maintenance requests
  • Asset data management
  • Invoice processing
  • Maintain document control files for audit and compliance
  • Provide general administrative support
