A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paramedic Practitioner to join a dynamic, patient-centred GP training practice in Gloucester.

• Manage patients presenting with a wide range of minor illnesses and minor injuries

• Perform clinical triage to prioritise and manage patient needs effectively

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care across acute, urgent, and chronic conditions

• Conduct home visits and urgent care assessments where appropriate

• Utilise your independent prescribing skills to manage and initiate treatment plans

• Work closely with GPs, nurses, pharmacists, and the wider multidisciplinary team

• Support patient education, safety-netting, and follow-up car

• HCPC-registered Paramedic

• Experience in primary care is essential

• Independent Prescriber qualification is essential

• Confident in managing a wide range of clinical presentations autonomously

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A patient-first mindset with a proactive approach to care
