As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and administrating various duties and providing support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing cash receipts and ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments.
- Supporting team colleagues with processing applications and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintaining and updating databases and ensuring data integrity.
Desirable Skills:
- Ability to establish and maintain good customer relationships internally and externally.
- Great time management skills due to the fast-paced nature of the role.
