We have a current opportunity for a Compliance Co-ordinator on a temporary basis. The position will be based in Glasgow and will be initially for 2-3 months.

You will be working within a small team to focus solely on compliance within the organisation. You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining all systems and databases as they relate to contracts and works including:

Medical Adaptations,
Gas Servicing and Maintenance,
Fire Safety,
Legionella,
Asbestos,
Landlord Certificates such as Gas Safety, Electrical Inspection and EPC's,
Planned and Cyclical Maintenance,
Void Property Maintenance and Landscaping

Previous experience is essential to be considered for this role.
