Conveyancing Administrator

Location: The role will be based at our new office at Grove House, Tannochside Business Park near Uddingston (G71 5PH). Hybrid working will be considered.
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 dependent on experience, Pro rata.
Contract: Part time, permanent.
Working hours: Working Monday to Friday from 9:30am until 2:30pm.
Benefits: One day a week home working is offered, free parking on site at office, training offered in relation to use of Denovo case management system, the firm will consider flexibility around working hours/days/times for right candidate, staff events across the year.

Conveyancing Administrator – About the role:

The Glasgow Law Practice has a vacancy within our Conveyancing department. The role would be administrative support to our property and new business teams.

Responsibilities:

•  Dealing with calls from clients
•  Meeting and greeting clients
•  Managing emails from clients and estate agents Using the Denovo case management system
•  Opening files Scanning files and closing files Assisting with offers for properties Monitoring new online enquiries Dealing with mail Providing support to paralegals and solicitors

What we need from you:

It would be of assistance to the role for candidates to have a minimum of 1 year in an admin role and would be highly desirable for the person to have experience in a legal firm.

Experience of handling calls from clients, opening electronic files and dealing with incoming email enquiries from online would be helpful. The firm uses the Denovo Case Management platform for all files so experience of working with a case management system would be very helpful.
