Driver

The Gi Group are currently looking for a driver/warehouse operative to work with a distribution company based in Govan. This position is long term temporary work with a high potential to go permanent. This role will include:* load van and carry out deliveries on site to our customer* Visit customer locations on site and scan locations for re-stocking using handheld device* Will be given a van but for work use only * As the role is working out of a specific site, full security clearance will have to be done which includes a criminal background check and a Scotland Disclosure within the last 3 months (This can be done while being trained) Hourly Rate:- £11.90 per hour Hours: 38.5 hours per week- Monday to Thursday - 07:15 to 15:45- Friday - 07:15 to 14:15What we are looking for:- Previous experience working in driving/warehouse environmentAll candidates must be able to provide a DBS Certificate and must be physically capable of lifting up to 20kg, this role can be intense & will include heavy lifting.
