Monday - Friday, Full time

Huntress are seeking a dedicated and motivated Junior Payroll Administrator to join a dynamic team In Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in payroll administration within a supportive and professional environment. You will be supporting the Payroll team with processing of payroll for all employees within the company as well as many other ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Duties include:

  • Ensure timely and accurate entry of payroll data into the payroll system.
  • Assist with the administration of employee benefits, tax, and pension contributions.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee hours, overtime, and absences.
  • Support the preparation and submission of statutory payments, including PAYE, NI, and pension contributions.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll information.
  • Keep up-to-date with payroll legislation and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Assist with other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by the payroll team.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Previous experience in payroll or a similar administrative role is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
