We are currently recruiting for a Payroll Analyst who will be responsible for the accurate processing of a high volume of transactions on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure SGN employees are paid accurately and on time.

What will you be doing day to day?

Accurately collect and input payroll data from various sources.

  • Ensure all payroll data is correct and compliant with SGN policies and regulations.
  • Execute the payroll process, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes.
  • Distribute payroll costs appropriately across departments and projects.
  • Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees and management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payments to tax authorities.
  • Initiate and manage payroll-related requests and processes.
  • Review and approve payroll transactions and adjustments.
  • Oversee payroll general ledger accounts and perform regular reconciliations.
  • Process and reimburse employee expenses in accordance with company

What you’ll need

  • Organised and methodical with the ability to work to tight weekly and monthly deadlines.
  • Experience of working with numbers and across multiple computer systems.
  • Payroll or financial experience, previous experience of using a Payroll and Expenses system.
  • A good working knowledge of Office 365 and Excel.
