- Processing monthly payroll for UK entity
- Preparation of outsourced overseas payroll
- Payroll year end reporting
- Dealing with payroll queries
- Maintaining payroll records to achieve a high level of payroll accuracy
- Managing the P11D process
- Assisting with the processing of the pension scheme
- Administration for Concur, including but not limited to monthly upload and reconciliation of expenditure, maintaining user accounts and quarterly audit of expenditure
- Administration for company credit cards, including but not limited to requesting new cards, adjusting credit limits and cancelling cards for leavers
- Check and post cash expenses
- Issuing, tracking and reconcile currency advances
- Administration for company vehicles, including but not limited to arranging leasing agreements and insurance cover
- Manage and own your professional development in order to achieve your work objectives and your career and personal goals
- Minimum 3 years Payroll experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- CIPD is desirable not essential
- Up to £35,000
