Meraki Talent are delighted to be engaged on the role of Senior Payroll Specialist for a market leading and well-respected business. Salary is up to £35,000.The CompanyThis client is a large-scale firm, who is growing and building their brand in markets throughout the UK. The client is happy for the successful candidate to chose which office they would prefer to be based in.The RoleYou will be response for coordinating all aspects of the company’s payroll function. You will work closely with the key stakeholders to ensure payroll is accurate and effectively managed, and provide insight on ways to continuously improve our processes. You will be involved in the following duties:
  • Processing monthly payroll for UK entity
  • Preparation of outsourced overseas payroll
  • Payroll year end reporting
  • Dealing with payroll queries
  • Maintaining payroll records to achieve a high level of payroll accuracy
  • Managing the P11D process
  • Assisting with the processing of the pension scheme
  • Administration for Concur, including but not limited to monthly upload and reconciliation of expenditure, maintaining user accounts and quarterly audit of expenditure
  • Administration for company credit cards, including but not limited to requesting new cards, adjusting credit limits and cancelling cards for leavers
  • Check and post cash expenses
  • Issuing, tracking and reconcile currency advances
  • Administration for company vehicles, including but not limited to arranging leasing agreements and insurance cover
  • Manage and own your professional development in order to achieve your work objectives and your career and personal goals
    Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years Payroll experience 
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • CIPD is desirable not essential
