External Lighting Sales

Scotland | Hybrid

Region covering: Scotland

£35,000 - £60,000 DOE

Company vehicle or car allowance, bonuses, 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays,  paid door to door travel, sick pay, hybrid working, flexible hours.

One of the UK’s leading distributors of entertainment lighting, AV and rigging equipment supplying some of the industry’s most sought after brands to the events industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend client meetings to showcase the range of high-end entertainment lighting products
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations to win over potential clients
  • Reignite relationships with old accounts and ensure client retention
  • Generate new business through proactive outreach and relationship building
  • Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to offer clients the best solutions for their events/installations
  • Attend industry relevant trade shows and exhibitions to network with potential clients and exhibit the latest product ranges

Experience / Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in AV or lighting sales within the entertainment/events industry (We are also open to hearing from experienced lighting technicians with a desire to shift their career into sales)
  • Strong all-round technical knowledge of entertainment lighting systems (ie moving head lights, LED lighting, lighting consoles)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • A proactive, driven attitude with a passion for client relationships
  • Full UK Driving License
