We are seeking a Property Claims Manager to join a Property Insurance Claims Team for our impressive client, where you’ll take the lead in managing property claims with professionalism, empathy, and expertise. This role offers the chance to be part of a dedicated team of professionals and play a key role in helping clients navigate the claims process. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full claims process for property related claims - both domestic and commercial
  • Act as a main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and support throughout the claims process
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely and satisfactory conclusion
  • Address and resolve disputes or escalated claims with professionalism and attention to detail

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of property related claims and principles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • High degree of IT competency
  • Detail-orientated with a strong focus on client satisfaction
  • Relevant professional qualifications (Dip CILA/CII) or keen to undertake sponsored study
