Are you an organised and detail-focused professional looking for a temporary opportunity? We are seeking a Compliance Administrator to support a Health & Safety department in Glasgow. This role is essential in ensuring company policies and legal regulations are met, helping to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.

What you will get in your new role

Responsibilities in your new role as the Compliance Administrator
As a Compliance Administrator, you will take a proactive approach in managing processes related to tracker systems, theft recovery, and telematics solutions. Your role will involve coordinating with suppliers and authorities to support the recovery of lost or stolen equipment, handling internal theft and fraud reports, and overseeing workplace incident reporting for both vehicles and employees. You will be responsible for processing and monitoring incident documentation, managing claims and insurance forms, and maintaining the Motor Insurance Database. Additionally, you will generate and coordinate Management Information (MI) reports, distribute safety and compliance documentation across the network, and efficiently manage spreadsheets and systems to ensure precise and timely record-keeping.

Your personality, experience and qualifications
This role requires at least one year of experience in a Compliance position, along with strong administrative skills and exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in IT applications, particularly Excel and Word, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a professional attitude and excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction across all levels and departments. Additionally, the ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment is key to success in this role.
