I am currently recruiting for the position of Compliance Analyst/ Senior Administrator to join our Civil Service client located in Glasgow City Centre. The role is offered on a temporary 2 month contract initially, working Monday to Friday, from 9-5 (37 hour week), featuring a hybrid work arrangement of 1 day in the office and 4 days from home. The successful candidate will also enjoy an hourly rate of £13.90 per hour. The start date is the 6th January and you must pass a Basic Disclosure Check.

Duties and Responsibilities for this opportunity will include:

  • Managing spreadsheets and excel information from applications
  • Adding further detail and creating and issuing Certificates
  • Manage customer data and input all information into the correct forms
  • Provide guidance and support to suppliers and other stakeholders, ensuring that all information is accurate, legally robust, and aligned with relevant legislation and licence conditions
  • Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis

The successful candidate must have:

  • An excellent attention to detail when analysing or interpreting high volumes of data
  • A well-developed ability to process complex data
  • Strong Excel skills with some basic VBA/Macro knowledge would also be highly beneficial

This role will require strong data analyst/administrative skills, high attention to detail, teamwork, regulatory compliance knowledge and ability to follow processes.
