Role Overview: The Planning Manager will develop and maintain integrated plans, ensuring key milestones and dependencies are communicated effectively. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to identify risks, generate schedules, and provide reports that support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interface with planning teams to ensure alignment of integrated plans.
  • Analyze and challenge discrepancies in plans and risks.
  • Conduct integrated planning reviews for accuracy and realism.
  • Engage stakeholders to assess impacts on the overall plan.
  • Track mitigation actions and report status updates.
  • Represent the team in meetings and communicate progress.

Essential Skills:

  • Experience with Primavera P6
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Knowledge of risk management and project management methodologies (APM)
