What You'll Do:As a PMO Planning Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of projects across our organisation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with Project Managers and stakeholders to develop and maintain detailed project plans.
- Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and recommending actionable solutions.
- Managing resource allocation and ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Producing insightful reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Enhancing and refining PMO tools, templates, and processes to improve efficiency.
We need a proactive and detail-oriented professional who has:
- A strong background in project management, planning, or analysis.
- Excellent proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, JIRA).
- Analytical prowess with experience in creating reports and visualisations.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
