We are looking to speak to experienced Administrators who are looking for a new opportunity to join a leading and growing firm in Glasgow. Within this role, you will be responsible for assisting stakeholders daily, managing diaries and completing a variety of administrative tasks. Ideally, you will be a strong administrator, with experience within a professional services environment, a confident communicator and a proactive individual who can work well individually and as part of a wider team.

This is a full-time opportunity, working core business hours Monday - Friday following a hybrid working model. This role is a fixed-term contract, with a salary available of up to 27,500 p/a DOE.

Are you who we are looking for?

  • You are an experienced administrator, with document processing experience
  • You have strong organisational skills
  • You are proficient in the use of Microsoft Packages, in particular Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • You can manage your time and diary effectively, working under pressure to meet targets and deadlines
  • You are a confident communicator both written and orally and can engage with a variety of stakeholders daily
  • You can work well individually and within a wider team environment

What is the day to day like?

  • Completing high-quality document production daily, including letters, reports, proposals and file notes using Microsoft Packages daily
  • Ensuring all documents are up to date, error free and accurate, meeting internal quality standards
  • Issuing DocuSign's daily
  • Performing AML checks to onboard new clients when required
  • Assisting with any expenses
  • Covering reception when required, handling inbound calls, dealing with mail and welcoming clients
  • Managing diaries and coordinating internal meetings daily
  • Completing any ad-hoc administrative tasks when required
