Position: Administrator/Office Clerk Contract Duration: 9 months (with possibility of extension)
Pay: 12 per hour
Working Hours: Flexible shifts (Monday - Sunday, between 9am - 6pm)
Location: Glasgow (close to train station, off-site parking available)
Training: Provided
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with internal and external legal advisors to support inquiries.
- Handle documentation, ensuring accurate filing and organization.
- Meet all deadlines promptly.
Skills Required:
- Previous experience as an Administrator in a busy environment.
- Good understanding of GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team or structured environment.
