The Role:
As Bodyshop Controller, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our busy accident repair centre. You will lead a team of skilled technicians, ensuring efficient scheduling, workflow management, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:
? Oversee the bodyshop, ensuring repairs are completed on time and to a high standard.
? Allocate work to technicians, maximising efficiency and productivity.
? Conduct quality control checks to maintain excellent repair standards.
? Liaise with estimators, front-of-house staff, and insurance companies.
? Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
? Work proactively, using your initiative to solve problems and keep operations running smoothly.

What Were Looking For:
?? Previous experience in a similar role within an accident repair centre.
?? Strong leadership and organisational skills.
?? Estimating and Audatex experience would be beneficial.
?? Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
