  • Join an award-winning practice as a senior product manager, 3-4 days on-site per month.
  • Work on digital products for cultural heritage, research, education, and publishing organisations.
  • Build new features and functionality for core products, many of which are open source.
  • Understanding client and community needs to design effective services.
  • Guide and support a multidisciplinary team in an agile project delivery process.
  • Manage multiple product and project teams, balancing enhancement and reliability.
  • Facilitate agile events and encourage team-driven decision-making.
  • Champion organisational improvements and provide commercial oversight.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven ability to lead software and product teams to successful project delivery, with strong knowledge of large-scale software system design, development, testing, deployment, and delivery.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with Agile and Lean principles, with a history of innovation to enhance delivery.
  • Effective in coaching and guiding teams to maximise their output.
  • Skilled at managing risks and addressing issues promptly and effectively.
  • Ability to identify dependencies across roadmaps.
  • Proficient in communicating project status, timelines, key risks, and issues with stakeholders and business teams.
  • Experienced in commercial tracking and reporting of products and projects.
  • Expertise in product and project management tools like GitHub and the Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Certified Scrum Master.
