Huntswood is looking for a Quality Checker ideally with utilities experience to join a 2 month contract with a water company.
Working with an experienced team of complaints, who are dealing with customer complaints, you will be responsible for checking the quality and compliance of the team and to provide constructive feedback to the team and also other key stakeholders. This is a full-time office role based in our central Glasgow hub.
Start Date: 18th November 2024
Day Rate: 190 a day - Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via an umbrella company, we can assist you with this
Location: Glasgow City Centre
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm
What Huntswood is looking for:
- Extensive quality checking experience on a utilities complaint handling contract
- Water company experience is beneficial
- Experience providing feedback to complaint handlers and acting as an escalation point
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Commitment to work in Glasgow office for the duration of the contract
