So, if you’re ready to take your next step and enhance your career potential, read on and apply today!The RoleAs a Fabrication Supervisor, you will oversee our production output, ensuring we meet key targets and deadlines through effective management of our workforce and processes.Specifically, you will lead the day-to-day management of our factory workforce, and ensure product quality, and health, and safety compliance.You will lead the introduction of new techniques, quality measures, and testing procedures as well as ensuring stock movement and production flow follow set procedures.
