Pay and Benefits Team Leader (12-Month Contract)
Location: Global Infrastructure Hub, Glasgow - Hybrid 3 days in the office
Role Overview: Lead a team of subject matter experts to ensure all HR and regulatory requirements are met. Drive service excellence and enhance candidate experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure robust planning and timely delivery of initiatives.
- Maintain legislative compliance and support audits.
Qualifications:
- Strong people management and leadership skills.
- Experience in Pay and Benefits.
- Experience in a HR shared service is highly advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
