MAA Recruitment is seeking a Machine Shop CNC Supervisor for a global manufacturing client located in South Glasgow.
The role involves managing a team, attending meetings, and ensuring efficient operations while coaching and developing team members.
Candidates should have a time-served CNC or Mechanical Fitter background and possess strong communication and leadership skills.
The position offers an excellent salary with benefits including 33 days of holiday, life cover, and a good pension.
A minimum of a few years of supervisory experience in a similar environment is preferred for this role.

MAA Recruitment are looking for a Machine Shop CNC Supervisor to work within a team for their client based on the South Side of Glasgow. This is a global manufacturing company who are highly successful within the engineering market. They are looking to add to a number of Supervisors within the machine shop and report to the Senior Team Leader. This is an excellent role for someone who would like to expand on their skills or someone who wishes to work with a great team of turners, balances, dressers, grinders and apprentices.

Role:

Manage team and attend meetings, communicate with staff and managers to ensure efficient operation

Coach and develop team

Monitor actual and estimated operational times

Identify and implement improvements

Control overtime working

Ensure end line goods are of high quality

Raise NCR's

Skills:

Time served CNC or Mechanical Fitter

Good communicator

Able to lead a team

Hours:

Mon-Thurs 7.45am-4.15pm

Fri 7.45am-11.45am
