The Role

As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will:

• Manage all on-site mechanical works to ensure they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Supervise mechanical teams and subcontractors to maintain high productivity and safety standards.
• Review and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications, ensuring accurate implementation.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues promptly.
• Ensure strict adherence to all health and safety regulations and procedures.

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and installation processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings and plans.
• A relevant mechanical qualification or equivalent experience.
